Trip to Castle Drogo

Today's those of us who could met up a Castle Drogo on the edge of Dartmoor to meet the Ashburton part of the family and help Megan celebrate her 6th Birthday a day early. Castle Drogo was the last Castle built in England. It is at the moment under a major repair and visitors today will be disappointed (see picture 1 above)to see a yard full of stones, all numbered which are the part still not finished.
