Liverpool

I had a splendid day in Liverpool today (thanks to girlmick telling me about the £15 train offer..thank you girlmick! I visited the Cathedrals, had a long walk alongside the Mersey, a wander around the Albert Dock, saw the Cavern Club/Pub and lots more..a beautiful, freezing, sunny, very enjoyable day!

(I'm writing this on Sunday though, as I was so tired I could hardly keep my eyes open on my return, but well worth the long journey. I love Liverpool and just wish it wasn't quite so far away!
