Been here a long time

Both the buildings (over 100 years) and O'Malley's Menswear. All the time we have stayed in Auckland, which is long enough to see many changes, both good and not so good.

Finished the reviewing process this afternoon, and now the task is to identify what needs to be done to reduce the chance of repeat events. These processes are always bedevilled by the knowledge of the outcome, and therefore seeing things now that may not have been so obvious before. The plus side is that I believe there are changes we can make that will improve our services.
