Bright

After snow on Friday, slush yesterday and rain today went looking for something to brighten up my day. Marie our black lab who normally performs this task to perfection did not want to play and fell fast asleep with a "come anywhere near me with that camera" sort of grunt.

Baked bread yesterday with 100% organic flour to Paul Hollywood's recipe but even that whilst very tasty did not brighten my mood enough so ended up borrowing one of my son's numerous Nikon lenses and settled on this rose.

Something about yellow just does it for me. Mood brightened and off to watch the the recorded Grand Prix and eat some of my bread with freshly brewed coffee.
