Mouldings. Leitz Summicron 50mm DR

Making mouldings by hand is challenging.  These were made using a scraping tool.  Since the work has not yet had its final sanding in preparation for finish, the lens reveals how the scraper tends to tear the wood fibers.  Now that I have my old Record moulding plane up and running, I can produce this profile with much more precision and less tear out.  But that will be for future projects...  In the meantime, sanding makes perfect.
