A long old day......

A mega long day today, up at 0630..... drive to Portishead, stuck in a classroom all day!!!!
But then a good old run this evening, with some verbal abuse from some idiots!!!!

Yep I’m fat but at least I can change that, they’re a*******s and are stuck like that!!!!

Then out for dinner with the girls on the course..... proper Italian Spaghetti Carbonara xx
