Crow Castle

This is one of the oldest castles in Japan, known as the Crow Castle because of its blackness.  It is in Matsumoto.  It was very dark and interesting inside with extremely steep ladders which we had to climb in our socks, carrying our shoes in a plastic bag...

Found some stunning blossom today.  Went down an extremely scary gorge road in the rain.  Had noodles for lunch and Hida Beef for dinner.  Travelled a long way and tired now so probably won't manage a poem tonight...
