Bad news/good news

As I am one of the Fire Marshalls at work, I had to attend full day refresher course today and missed road trip to Derry with 2 friends. Bad news.

I got text at lunchtime from fellow aviation enthusiast to tell me the Red Arrows coming to Bray Air Show end of July. Extremely good news.

I went onto hotel booking site to book the Esplanade Hotel for the Saturday night of Air Show and they are showing 600 euros for the night. Eeek. Bad news.

Free Handel concert in Merchants Quay celebrating his appearance in Dublin on 13 April. My work colleague will be singing at this. In aid of homeless - donation only. See extra. Good news.

I am looking forward to the Red Arrows in July
