Ingleborough. ..

A run uphill is hard work.
A run in to a strong head wind is hard work too.
Facing both at the same time is torture. Fun though., oh and cold too.
Combining a short holiday with a change in terrain seemed like a good idea at the time.
Stiff as an old boot now though.
