Almost Home

After a long day of cruise port, airport and baggage claim, we are finally in the car headed home. Fifty miles in rush hour traffic...sigh.

From where we picked up our car, there are a couple of miles with some interesting street art next to the highway. And since we weren’t really moving, it was easy to snap a few shots with the phone through the car window.

Nothing fancy, I’m afraid, but it will do for today’s blip.

Called my doctor from the airport in Fort Lauderdale and have an appointment with him tomorrow - thank goodness. My wrist and elbow are still very painful so I just want to know how to proceed.

Called Mom and Dad from the airport - so good to hear their voices. They are well and sitting tight near Reno waiting for a break in the weather.

And speaking of weather...quite a rude awakening stepping outside the airport hear. No more balmy temps...
