Another dreich day . Spent the morning sorting through 26 heifers which are sold to go to Scarborough next week. Ear tags read then passports looked out ready.
An afternoon spent at the endless job of mixing sheep feed. I am using a ton mix of oats and barley per day just now. And that's just for sheep. The cows use another ton . And thats just here. The storage bins are disappearing fast and this cold east wind means there is still no grass growing, so I think things are going to be tight. Hey ho.
