Azalea Belles

This is Azalea Festival Week in Wilmington, North Carolina.  It's kind of a holdover from the 1950s, I think, but everyone seems to enjoy the festivities, the parade, the concerts, etc.  I happened to be walking around and saw the commotion on the river and thought I would check it out.  The steps of the Federal Building (the same one that Matlock climbed many years ago in the TV favorite) were filled with probably a hundred young girls waiting for the program to begin.  Azalea
