Disaster!!

Decided to make Banana Bread this morning.

I don't know what went wrong.  I tested it three times when I took it out the oven.  The skewer was clear each time.

I left it to cool down, and when I went back it had sunk.  Not good.

It's obviously not cooked properly, but I've no idea why.  Maybe, it just needed another 5 minutes.

I was going to do some more cooking, but I was so fed up I went out instead.
