Kitchen Aid Pizza

Decided to have a go at making pizza dough with the Kitchen Aid today. Used the tried and tested Mozo recipe and managed two pizzas and some bread out of the batch of dough. It was completely effortless with the Kitchen Aid.

The most difficult part was trying to roll the dough out into a more regular shape rather than looking like a pair of old pants on the work surface!

Now absolutely stuffed.
