Cogs.

The Town Mill in Lyme Regis has a fully working waterwheel and grind
flour ,local bakeries and public can buy.
A few years ago myself and another chippy hand made over 140 new wood cogs for one of the wheels.(the one at the top of this picture)
A very satisfying project.
