Leaves down, road up !

10.3C and dull, drying up after rain.

Late morning walk with Maeve the Deerhound and Apothecary7 after a supermarket visit to restock with food after our holiday. No country roads or beach today, just a walk down through the streets to Carnoustie High Street. We though the fields might be a bit wet this morning.

On the way we came across a huge hole in the road and pavement where a mains gas pipe is being dug up for some sort of maintenance work. I liked the blue paint against the colours of the shiny wet fallen leaves :-)

Later there were F1 highlights on the telly and Raspberry iced buns :-)
