Bright and Cheerful....

We have a clump of Arctotis, an African flower, in our garden. The flowers are this rich orange colour...just so bright and cheerful. Blenheim was the coldest town in the country early this morning when the temperature dropped to minus 1.4C. It was a signal for me to sort and store away my summer clothes and bring out the Merino woollies ready for the winter to come.
