Snail's Pace

We have a long exposure competition next week and I've been struggling to find any suitable photos. This is a projected digital image competition so I don't have to print and mount my entries thank goodness . I had an idea to take a long exposure image of a snail moving.........haha! Most of the snails had been deep frozen by The Beast from the East . I did eventually find one tucked away under flowerpot nestling in leaves. It was none too impressed and didn't move at all for ages. No chance of snail racing with this one! Eventually this was the best shot but I don't think it'll do much in the competition except perhaps raise a laugh :))
