Mount Pond: Not The Cayuga

Friendlier in large.

Well, friendlier than the Cayuga anyway... The Cayuga hasn't exactly been forthcoming recently: I've posted my closest shot of it as an extra (it stood up to flap before resuming snoozing on its island).
It rained while I was at the pond, but that didn't cool off the swans (they were courting, "made cygnets", then spent the rest of my visit washing and preening), and the parakeets were courting too (chasing each other, and checking out nesting holes). There was also a pretty pale pigeon following me around which was unusual (flying in, later on).
