Oat Bread and Plum Crumble.....
I find Oat Bread a bit difficult to get right...it's quite dense, but that's the nature of it really...today I blitzed the oats and made a kind of oat flour and it seems to have worked a bit better...
I also added hone, seeds and walnuts and I can confirm that is tastes a lot better than it looks (I've eaten that slice I had cut)...
It's also gluten free which is a bonus...!
Plum Crumble needs no explanation just loads of custard or ice-cream.........!!!!!
