Larch roses

A 'bitty' sort of day, and neither MrM nor I achieved much work-wise. Most of the morning was taken up with two visitors who brought instruments for repair.

We had decided to get out for a walk after lunch, but it was so cold and miserable that it was a while before we persuaded ourselves out of the door! Eventually, we walked up through the woods the east of the Common for a change. Still very wintery, but the first larch roses are beginning to appear.

I've since completed some paperwork, and MrM has been mostly playing guitar. Planning to tackle a bit more paperwork this evening, so it feels as though I've achieved something today, and MrM is heading off to a music session in Berwick.
