Chilean Wine Tasting

We went out for a walk from our hotel, which is in the middle of vineyards. There is a path through the vines to the nearest winery, so what else to do at 11.00am but sample the local wine. A Malbec, Merlot, Caminera, and Cabernet Sauvignon, increasing in depth and flavour. A walk round the town centre of Santa Cruz, and then relaxing until it’s time for dinner and more wine. Might just put us in the mood for 24 hours of travelling back to Edinburgh.
