Red Flag

Started the day with a fairly punishing 4k run. Others may scoff, but I'm pleased with my improvements. Chest was fine but legs killed!

Didn't have much to do today so had breakfast and and then a bit of a drive around Angus. Went to Glamis Castle but neither Mathew or I particularly wanted to part with the cash to go in , so he took me to Arbroath harbour instead for photo opportunities. Was bloody freezing!

Quick trip to the funeral home to see his old gran before the funeral on Tuesday. One of those things you don't particularly enjoy, but are glad you did.

Currently watching the football and hoping united hold on.

Failed to find cinema buddies to see Skyfall for the second time, so looks like tea at mathew's other gran's. It'll be fine but its hardly the same =\
