Rodden Nature Reserve

Today has been a day of chorse ... cleaning, vacuming, washing etc oh and food shopping.

Popped to the shops and stopped off for a brisk as it was very fresh, walk around Rodden Nature Reserve and spotted this guy admiring the view. Sorry, I'm no twitcher no idea what sort s/he is.

Lovely 7mile run cross country, but fresh but soon warmed up :)
