Watching me, watching you

It's been foggy all day and I was resigned to a murky picture of a tree,  when I spotted these deer late afternoon.   Although they were very aware of me, the two males (one with only one antler) had a bit of a skirmish before all bolting off across the field.

Excited to receive a 'hot off the press' copy of the Linton Children's Book Festival  brochure  from Anna this evening.  It looks amazing and I feel so proud and happy that it is still going strong.
