A reversal of fortune

Well the beautiful weather of yesterday has disappeared leaving wet greyness. Late afternoon we embarked on a game of Monopoly, which to my surprise I won. A strange, warm capitalist glow of contentment, my first ever Monopoly win!

I always like to think of the prisoners of war unpacking their boxes of Monopoly along with the silk maps to help them escape, sewn into the back of the board.
