No way will this be a permanent mounting-point for the light; it's better for visibility than beneath the bag at the fork crown, but it would prevent inversion of the bike for servicing and just feels too prominent when parked, should any meddling oaf wish to pull at the wires. It allows the bag to be tested, though the eventual aim is to get a click-fixing bigger basket; the discounted bag was essentially a cheap way of getting a mount.
