Cowdray

where we stopped for cappuccinos in the cafe and a browse, and purchase, in the farm shop on our way back from Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth. A zzzzzzzzz followed.
Soon out to Cowdray Hall for a Sound Bath evening with Crystal and Himalayan bowls and Gongs. Yoga mats and blankets are required...
