Sausage imprint
This is the imprint left on the oven tray after the big, one piece, Toulouse sausage had finished cooking. P and J came to help us consume it; big fat prawns for starter, said sausage for main, Brebis and Comté for after. Bubbly and two types of Pinot Noir. We talked the afternoon away. The pan had to be steeped before we could get the cooking marks off!
