One of those days

After an incredibly busy half term we are all on the brink of exhaustion (especially myself and hubby) so it would have been quite nice to relax today but oh no, not for us. After a long drawn out battle with insurance due to a leak we had last year we are finally having all damage repaired in the next few days. We have therefore had to remove pictures from walls, move furniture, toys, clothes etc as tomorrow the decorators are coming in to re-paint two bedrooms fully, some of another, and the hallway. It has been pretty stressful trying to organise everything and keep the kids entertained but fortunately some good friends came over this afternoon to help out.

So if my son wanted to wear a skirt today and he was happy (although he doesn't look it in the picture!), then we were happy too!

I am about ready to collapse now and am so looking forward to going on holiday tomorrow to spend some quality time with my lovely little family.
