Snowdon

So the boys are getting very grown up now. There was a moment when we shifted from helping, carrying, cajoling then on walks to trying to keep up with them. Josh has spend a few days in Snowdonia with a bunch of friends and sent me this picture from their walk up Snowdon, sadly with very limited visibility. I asked him if he thought I could do it - you'd need to be fitter he replied instantly. Been thinking about the 'Couch to 5k'.... anyone done that?
