Handsome not!

Well, it is Silly Saturday so perhaps he can be forgiven for thinking he's anywhere near handsome. I used Photo Collage Master (free on www.software-photo.net) to find a suitable frame.  Then using PaintShop2018 I clicked on Artistic Effects  -  then Solarisation and used Threshold 1. You can see the same Blip before solarisation in the extra  -  you can also see him before framing
