Dubrovnik

We loved it so much we are going back there next year for Roy's 75th birthday. We paid our 10 ? each and climbed up the steps onto the walls that surround the old town, magnificent views, the walls are about 2 miles long, up and down steep steps, quite tiring, but worth it.

The people are so friendly, the little gekko was sunning himself and I loved the cloud formation.

The streets in the old town are very narrow with lots of steps leading to houses and lovely shops and restaurants. The main street is made of marble.

Thoroughly enjoyable day.
