Actually it's a  former hotel the was supposed to be redone, but now it's not gonna happen due to the new law of the coastal areas in Valencia and this is only few meters from the sea. Now they are fighting over who will cover the cost or demolition. The company that wanted to rebuild the hotel has already lost so much money that they refuse to pay anything more. The hotel would have been very good for the economy of the area, but preserving the nature is very important too. I really respect them for thinking of the nature too. There's so much building going on that there needs to be some borders.

This old hotel used to be one of the best of Europe! Kings and stars have stayed there. One of them being Julio Iglesias and naturally the former king of Spain Juan Carlos. Now look at it. Very airy at least and a great view.
