Happily eating our delicious breakfast, when Albert Roux arrives for his. As we were leaving I thanked him for his hospitality, and he thanked me for our custom. Shook hands and left. Probably wanted to be left in peace bless him!!

This hotel has everything. Peace, luxury, delicious food..views to die for. It's been heaven. Then an epic drive from Lochinver, round Gairloch to Inverness. I can't recommend it enough.
