Saint Mungo Saturday #5

The Antonine Wall, Mungo's likely route to Glasgow, passed through Kirkintilloch. However in the construction of the town most of the wall  disappeared with only traces to be found in Peel Park. Recent work on the High Street (Cowgate) though have seen a construction in tribute to the line of the wall in the form of engraved stonework, and brickwork spanning the road.
