Testing

There have been 11 demijohns of wine sat in our hall for a very long time. I was fairly certain that they were ruined and would all need thrown out. Tonight I decided I should test them so they could be chucked. 4 jars in and I realise I probably shouldn't keep finishing each of the tasters as it's difficult to just pour a small amount from a gallon jar!
