A perfect day

What a lovely day - the sun was shining and I spent the morning at the gym/spa - I was still aching from Thurs but ran my first 5k (albeit on a machine and slowly) and swam too.

Then we had visitors arrive and a lovely afternoon and evening including our first bbq of the year. I’ve left them to it as I’m pooped but a Carlsberg day.
