Mother's camellia
Made an early run to the folks home today. They have been away since Dec. 6th 2017 and houses tend to fall apart when left alone. The greenhouse windows blew open spreading pots and wears all over the yard. Limbs and yard trash all over the place. I can not figure how things get so dusty when no one is home. Also the rummaging through to find things my mother has sent someone to get and how stuff gets so out of place. Long story short I was there 9 hours getting things back in some sort of order. Long hard day...looking forward to a quiet evening.
This is a watercolor impression of the camellias. The last Nor'Easter was very hard on them.
