Sunny Sunday

The finals of the badminton tournament were today. We were only two umpires, which are far too few. I had to do eight matches, and that's not good for me nor for the players.

Fortunately it was not dark yet when the tournament was over so we could take a nice walk down the valley. Nature is now very brown and yellow, but it still looked good in the sunshine. It was very cold though, the paths were iced over and slippery, I was very surprised to see a number of cyclists driving around on them.
