Rainy day today. Work this morning and I was so glad of the extra hour in bed.

Before tea I went for a run. Lewis came with me. He found it quite tough and I think he has a new respect for me...I certainly do for him....he was sensible and encouraging. He did burn me off though when the finishing line was in sight!!

Desmond's not daft. Snuggled up on the settee for most of the day!
