I hadn't been able to see the Meiselas exhibition before we moved, so I took the opportunity of being around Paris to go to the Jeu de Paume after my MRI scan. I'm glad I did: it's a very good show, ranging from her early photographs in her NYC neighbourhood and her Carnival Strippers portraits, to her work in Central America, to her ongoing work about the Kurds.
