Sunset North Kessock

A beautiful , hot (17 degrees) day which we spent in the garden. The sun lounger was used :))
The Shetland ponies came down to say hello.
In the evening we went to Inverness stopping at North Kessock for a few sunset shots on the way.A lovely sky with interesting clouds with a mist creeping in.There were a few fisherman hoping to catch something on the incoming tide.
Then we went to Eden Court to see a folk band called Salt House https://www.salthousemusic.com/listen-watch
Really good, we’ve seen Lauren Macoll ,the fiddle player, a few times now, she was born in Fortrose.
The band recorded their new album in a converted Thomas Telford Church on Berneray which featured on the Restoration Man programme a few years ago. A lot f their inspiration comes from the outdoors environment and it was good to hear their stories behind the songs :)
