"Does my neck look long in this?"

This juvenile swan has been around the Muirton Basin through the winter and still seems to be shaking off the 'ugly duckling' tag. S/he looks beautiful to me. Extra is of another juvenile, a cormorant in 'hang out to dry,' mode.
