But not for me. Today I received some good news - I am not diabetic - yet - thank goodness, onward with the healthy life style choices.......

It was very murky and foggy today. We don't get much fog up here unlike E.Anglia. 
Tom and I went to Walltown Crags for a brisk walk up a hill!
