Greenhow Girls

Liz and I had a lovely outing up to Blubberhouses and on up to Greenhow Hill. 

We made it to the Hebden cafe without getting wet but, with a huge wait for food, we grabbed a quicker bite than we were hoping for and headed on to Bolton Abbey for some real food.  We may have made it home in the dry otherwise but at least we managed two stops without being wet indoors.

It was beautifully atmospheric cycling conditions - a crazy thick haze, a bit of sunshine and barely a breeze (until we turned back into it anyway!)  Liz whizzed off too quickly for her to be in this photo - I think she's somewhere in the depths of the hollow.
