Baby bird

One of the cats presented Richard with a baby bird.  Rich got it into a box and it quickly started to beg for food.  We are lucky in that we have several places quite local who will take birds in.  So a trip in the car, a cash donation and the bird was getting the care it needs and by then itvery keen on getting something to eat.

They looked and said they thought it was a blackbird and it seemed fine, so fingers crossed it will be okay.
