Bit of baking

Decided to treat hubby and make in a Victoria sandwich - I’m impressed with how high it rose. Hubby grateful for the cake although pointed out it’s not a traditional Victoria sponge as it has cream in, not WI standard :)

Another lazy day.

Weather not as good as yesterday, overcast with a bit of rain later in the day.

Back to work tomorrow :)
