Leaking gutter

Water that is supposed to be channeled into the downspout is leaking from the gutter on the cathedral wall.  

This was a photographic challenge that I think I flunked. Even though it was raining hard, the water is difficult to see. I took this shot just to let the office know, but it turned out to be my only photo of the day. I do love the cathedral brickwork, though.

TIME OUT

Most times this journal feels like play,
although the backblips take a bit of toil.
I'd most sincerely like to say
I'd rather not be burning midnight oil.

I had a friend who used to say
Time passes swiftly when you're having fun.
I'm having fun! I love to play!
But I would like the time back when I'm done.
