Mono Monday . . . Contrasts

Gentle tidal flats
Soft sediments exposed
Channels meander

After a heavy shower of rain the sun came out and the Waimea Inlet at Monaco looked serene.  My image is rather gentle and I'm not sure if there are enough contrasts in it.  I was trying to show that the exposed mud and stones contrast with the smooth water in the channels.  In the background the dark line of pines contrast with the grey line of the hills.
